To support the credit control department in debt management. Ensure that the portfolio assigned in serviced in the following ways.
- Statements are shared monthly.
- Allocations are accurately executed.
- Reconciliations are timely completed.
- Claims and commissions processing.
Education
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Financial Sciences (Required)
To provide support in the credit control department by performing account debt management, account reconciliations, receipt allocations and claims processing.
